Yvonne Kwende serves on the Finance Committee of CBLF USA. She has been an advocate most of her professional, life working in different capacities first with the Muna Foundation and Muna Chambers, The National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms, as well as an active member of the Human Rights Defense Group. She is equally involved socially through associations in the advocacy of the poor and needy, vulnerable and underprivileged, with special focus on the betterment of women and children (especially AIDS orphans) and Internally Displaced Persons in crisis-hit parts of the world.
As Program Director for a Boston-based Human Services Agency for the past 11 years, Yvonne plays the role of an advocate through the promotion of diversity and inclusion of all individuals, working in a collaborative, compassionate manner with stakeholders and partners.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and, in her continuous quest for knowledge to be put at the service of Humanity, she and her female counterparts on the Board of CBLF USA completed her Professional Certification as a SCRUM MASTER I

Paul MBIMEH is a freelancer, multitask and result-oriented CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE with a twenty-four-year hands-on-experience in Project Management,Cross-border social entrepreneurship, pedagogy, didactics, evaluation, curriculum development, educational administration Motivational speaking, christian leadership and career development. His steadfastness, volunteering and selfless service to humanity have earned him a rich career both on the African and international scene. He believes firmly in the peaceful co-existence of all races, classes, colors, languages, cultures, through the sharing and transfer preservation, not transportation, of knowledge, science and technology for generations yet unborn around the world. This explains the raison d’être of CROSS-BORDER LEGACY FOUNDATION (CBLF) USA. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute of Mass Bay.

From 2000 to 2016, Paul served as Language Instructor for the Presbyterian Education Authority of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) both in her secondary, high schools and Cameroon Christian University. He was a member of the panel that review the syllabus and Examiner of the GCE Advanced Level French with the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board.

Master Mbimeh helped start other very instrumental and revolutionary educational projects in the capacities of Pioneer Registrar of the first private higher institute of petroleum management and control, PioneerPrincipal and Project Director of the first American school in North-West Cameroon before moving to the USA.

He was then appointed Ambassador of the African Union of Development NGOs to the USA for Cameroon. Since then, he has travelled back and forth between the USA, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Burkina Faso to foster the creation of a network of grassroot civil society organizationsfor community development and has focal points in Canada, China, South Korea, Germany and Japan.

He is also a certifiedbilingual Teacher, Translator/Interpreter (French/English), Writer, Editor and publisher.He still enjoys the privilege of Lead Author of the only high school French textbook for Anglophone classes in Cameroon, Apprenons le Français Advanced Level. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Languages, Literacy and Cultures with focus on Comparative Linguistic and Cultural Analysis.

To keep abreast the needs of this ever and fast-evolving world order and the challenges ahead of him, Paul is a member of the Project Management Institute, Mass Bay in Massachusetts in a bid toconstantly work on his Professional Development Units in Project Management.

For the past four years, Paul has served as a high school French, English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and Licensed Soccer (Football)Coach in Boston. He is also a Residential Counsellor in the Human Services Department of a Boston-based Corporation, member of the Boston French Cultural Center, a volunteer with the Jewish Big Brother Big Sister Organization in the USA.
