Pastor Victorine KANJOH is an innovative, growth and success-driven specialist in Quality Health and Safety Environment.
She has over 15 years of operational experience as an Executive in Quality Health and Safety Management working with clients of the Oil and Gas sector under a freight forwarder GEODIS PROJECTS CAMEROON/CHAD.
Victorine is holder of an MSc in Industrial and organizational Psychology from the University of Ibadan Nigeria. She started off her career as a lecturer with the Higher Teachers Training College (ENS) Yaoundé and University of Bamenda-Cameroon.
As a Certified Lead Auditor (CQI – IRCA: ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001), Her over 20 years of continuous work, leadership, supervisory and lead auditor roles have been made possible from her trainings as a trainer with ADRH APAVE, her leadership and management skill training in MANAGE with HUMAN HARMONY- PARIS.
She is equally NEBOSH IGC 1, 2 and 3 certified, member of both the Safety at Work committee and Emergency Response team; having completed trainings in Health and Safety for Social and Health Workers as swell as Caregiving Skills – Dementia Care with ALISON.
Driven by her passion for the empowerment of women, she is Founder and President General of the Virtuous Women Worldwide: an interdenominational, non-Governmental, and apolitical association where she brings together Christian women from diverse spheres of life to empower them spiritually, socially, and financially.
Alongside her husband, Pastor Genesis Kanjoh, they are founders of Grace Life Ministries International called to decorate lives with the word of God’s grace and prepare them for kingdom living so they share CBLF vision hinging on helping the underprivileged in our communities and beyond.

We operate network of charities & organizations who create global change, provide aid to mankind by providing access to vocational and leadership education, access to health services, and connect orphaned children to shelter.
